How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• Management of our relationship and/or contract with you.

• Management and optimisation of our website.

• In the course of carrying out an assignment under an Engagement Letter signed by both parties.

We use the information that you have given us in order to identify, engage, contract and complete consultancy work.

We may share this information with police or regulatory authorities where a legal basis exists to do so.
